This Privacy Policy explains what information STATUS Growth Systems collects, how we use and disclose it, and the choices available to you.

This Policy applies to statusmktg.com, forms, growth-audit requests, email communications, and other online interactions that link to this Policy. It does not govern a client’s own systems or data when a separate services agreement or data-processing agreement applies.
We may collect identifiers and contact details such as name, email address, phone number, company name, and service area; professional and business information such as website URL, business type, lead volume, current CRM, marketing priorities, budget range, and timing; communications and free-text messages; and technical information such as IP address, browser, device, referring page, source page, cookie identifiers, and UTM campaign parameters.
Please do not submit Social Security numbers, payment-card details, account credentials, protected health information, patient information, or other highly sensitive information through a website form.
We collect information directly from you when you submit a form, request an audit, subscribe, email us, or otherwise communicate with us. We also collect information automatically through cookies and similar technologies, and may receive information from service providers, referral sources, public business sources, and platforms you direct us to review.
We use information to respond to inquiries; evaluate fit; prepare or deliver requested audits and services; operate, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the website; measure traffic and campaign performance; prevent spam, fraud, and abuse; maintain business records; comply with law; enforce our terms; and send service-related communications. We may send marketing communications where permitted by law. You may unsubscribe from marketing email at any time.
We use necessary website technologies and may use Google Analytics through Site Kit, Microsoft Clarity, Hostinger and LiteSpeed technologies, WordPress and Elementor features, form technologies such as Fluent Forms or WPForms, Akismet, and Hostinger Reach. These tools may process device, browser, IP, interaction, referral, session, and cookie information. Microsoft Clarity may provide heatmaps or session-replay information. We may disclose information to hosting, website, security, anti-spam, analytics, form, email, CRM, automation, scheduling, cloud-storage, professional-adviser, and other vendors that help operate our business; to a client or partner when you ask us to connect you; in a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, or sale of assets; or when required to protect rights, safety, security, or comply with law. Vendors may process information under their own terms and privacy notices.
We do not sell personal information for money. Some analytics or advertising technologies may be treated as a sale, sharing, or targeted advertising under certain state laws even when no money changes hands. We currently use analytics and usability tools and may add advertising tools in the future. Where applicable law requires it, we will provide a method to opt out and will process recognized preference signals, such as Global Privacy Control, when technically supported and legally required.
We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including responding to inquiries, maintaining records, providing services, resolving disputes, enforcing agreements, and meeting legal, tax, accounting, security, and backup requirements. Retention varies by information type and context. We may delete or de-identify information when it is no longer reasonably needed.
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards intended to protect information, but no website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure. You use the website and transmit information at your own risk. If a qualifying security incident occurs, we will investigate and provide notices required by applicable law.
Depending on where you live and whether a law applies to STATUS, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or information about disclosures; to opt out of certain sales, sharing, targeted advertising, profiling, or marketing; and to appeal a denied request. We may verify identity, request additional information, deny or limit requests where law permits, and retain information required for legal or security purposes. Authorized agents may submit requests where allowed, subject to verification.

Service and transactional messages may be necessary to respond to a request or provide services. Marketing email will include an unsubscribe method where required. Opting out of marketing does not prevent service, security, legal, or transactional messages. Submission of a phone number authorizes us to respond to your inquiry by phone or text, but does not by itself enroll you in recurring automated marketing messages.
The website is intended for business users and is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child provided information, contact us so we can review and delete it as appropriate.
STATUS is based in Florida, United States. If you access the website from another country, information may be transferred to and processed in the United States and other locations where our providers operate. Local law may provide additional rights. This website is not specifically directed to individuals in a jurisdiction where offering it would subject STATUS to registration or obligations beyond those applicable to our activities.
