These Terms govern use of the STATUS Growth Systems website. Client services are governed by the separate proposal, statement of work, or services agreement you sign.
Effective: June 20, 2026
By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the website. You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter an agreement to use forms or request services.
The website provides general information about STATUS, growth systems, websites, SEO and GEO, lead generation, CRM, automation, analytics, content, and related services. Website content is informational and may be changed, corrected, suspended, or removed without notice.
Website content is not legal, tax, accounting, investment, insurance, medical, cybersecurity, or regulatory advice. Viewing the website or communicating through a form does not create an attorney-client, fiduciary, adviser, agency, partnership, employment, or client relationship. Obtain advice from qualified professionals for decisions requiring licensed expertise.
No service engagement exists until STATUS and the client accept a written proposal, statement of work, order form, or services agreement. That agreement controls scope, fees, payment, ownership, confidentiality, data handling, timelines, termination, and remedies. If a client agreement conflicts with these website Terms, the client agreement controls for the services it covers.
Marketing and business outcomes depend on market conditions, competition, platform rules, budgets, client participation, offer quality, sales execution, technical conditions, and other factors outside STATUS’s control. STATUS does not guarantee rankings, leads, revenue, profitability, approvals, platform access, uninterrupted automation, or any specific result. Forecasts, examples, estimates, dashboards, and illustrative metrics are not promises.
AI and automated outputs may be incomplete, inaccurate, outdated, biased, or unsuitable for a particular purpose and require human review. Search engines, social networks, advertising systems, hosting providers, CRMs, email and SMS providers, and other third parties can change features, pricing, access, policies, algorithms, or availability without notice. STATUS is not responsible for third-party decisions, outages, suspensions, data loss, or policy changes.
You may not use the website to violate law; infringe rights; impersonate others; transmit malware, spam, or harmful code; scrape or harvest data without permission; interfere with security or operation; bypass access controls; test vulnerabilities without written authorization; submit false or misleading information; or use content to train, populate, or commercialize a competing service without written permission.
The website, brand, design, copy, graphics, methods, frameworks, downloads, and other materials are owned by STATUS or its licensors and protected by intellectual-property laws. STATUS grants a limited, revocable, nonexclusive, nontransferable right to access the website for lawful internal business evaluation. No other license is granted. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, sell, or create derivative works without written permission.
You retain ownership of information you submit. You grant STATUS a limited right to use it to respond, evaluate a request, operate the website, protect the parties, and provide requested services. Feedback and suggestions may be used without restriction or compensation. Website forms and unsolicited communications are not confidential channels. Do not submit trade secrets, credentials, protected health information, patient data, or legally privileged material before an appropriate written agreement is in place.
The website may reference or link to third-party websites, products, services, or content. Links are provided for convenience and do not imply endorsement. STATUS does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, privacy, security, availability, or transactions. Your use of third-party services is governed by their terms.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website and its content are provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available,’ without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, noninfringement, accuracy, completeness, security, availability, or uninterrupted operation. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so portions of this section may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, STATUS and its owners, personnel, contractors, and providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, punitive, or consequential damages, lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, reputational harm, or replacement costs arising from the website. STATUS’s total liability arising solely from website use will not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars. These limits do not apply where prohibited by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless STATUS and its owners, personnel, contractors, and providers from claims, losses, liabilities, damages, judgments, costs, and reasonable legal fees arising from your unlawful use of the website, violation of these Terms, infringement of rights, or content you submit. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from STATUS’s own unlawful conduct.
These Terms are governed by Florida law, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any controlling law or written client agreement, disputes arising solely from website use will be brought in state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and the parties consent to personal jurisdiction there.
We may revise these Terms by posting an updated version. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions remain effective. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver.
