Speaking · Keynotes · Executive briefings

An AI keynote your risk committee can live with.

Most AI speakers are technologists or futurists. I am an operator. I have run marketing and operations inside law, insurance, healthcare and medical transportation, carried a Florida insurance license, and built security monitoring against the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and MITRE ATT&CK. Rooms leave with a defensible plan — not a reel of tools that will be obsolete by next quarter.

Why organisers book me

Three reasons the room does not dismiss it as vendor talk.

01

The credential mix is unusual

Fractional CMO for twelve years. Licensed Florida 2-15 insurance producer. Former SIEM security analyst running risk assessments against NIST CSF and MITRE ATT&CK. Multi-unit operator with the P&L in my own name. Risk and legal in the audience recognise the language.

02

Nothing on the slides is hypothetical

Every framework I present is one I run in my own practice — governance layers, AI stack architecture, revenue operations, follow-through systems. If it has not survived a real client engagement, it does not go in the deck.

03

It survives the follow-up meeting

Audiences leave with an artifact they can put in front of a committee on Monday: a governance checklist, a capability map, a ninety-day sequence. The value has to outlast the applause.

Signature talks

Four talks, each re-cut for the room.

01

The Compliance-First AI Playbook

For boards, risk committees and C-suites in licensed industries

How an organisation adopts AI without failing its next audit: shadow-AI inventory, data lineage, risk classification, human-oversight thresholds, vendor exposure and audit trails — mapped to the control frameworks the room already reports against.

Leaves the room with a one-page governance checklist, scored by risk layer.

02

Above the Loop: The Executive’s Job After AI

For leadership teams, transformation offices and L&D

When systems execute, leaders stop managing tasks and start governing outcomes. What actually changes in decision rights, role design and escalation paths — and which familiar metrics quietly stop meaning anything.

Leaves the room with a role-redesign worksheet for the leadership team.

03

Your AI Stack Is Not a Tool List

For operators, marketing and revenue leaders

Tools churn every quarter. Capabilities do not. A durable way to evaluate any AI stack across eight functions — reasoning, verification, production, automation, memory and context, multimodal range, integration, and human control — so procurement stops chasing brand names.

Leaves the room with a capability map of their current stack, gaps marked.

04

Marketing Under a License

For insurance, financial services, legal and healthcare marketers

What AI-assisted marketing can and cannot say when you are regulated: claims substantiation, disclosure, review workflow, recordkeeping — and the specific places automation quietly manufactures liability.

Leaves the room with a pre-publication review workflow.

Talks are rewritten for the audience. Before I write a word I ask for your agenda, your sector, the seniority of the room, and what the organisation is actually trying to decide.

Speaker biography

SHORT — FOR PROGRAMMES AND INTRODUCTIONS

Sam Radwan is a fractional CMO and AI operations executive who helps regulated organisations adopt artificial intelligence without losing control of it. Over sixteen years he has run marketing and operations inside law, insurance, healthcare and medical transportation, owned and operated multi-unit healthcare franchises, and worked as a cyber security analyst building monitoring against the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and MITRE ATT&CK. He is the founder of STATUS and a licensed Florida insurance producer.

LONG — FOR PRESS AND FULL PROGRAMMES

Sam Radwan works at an intersection very few people occupy: senior marketing leadership, hands-on operations, regulated-industry compliance, and applied AI systems.

He has served as a fractional CMO and business advisor to a Florida law firm since 2014, covering go-to-market strategy alongside market research, investment analysis and business-risk assessment for legal, franchise and private-equity decisions. Since 2024 he has led marketing, brand and operational growth for a regional non-emergency medical transportation company in a heavily regulated, service-intensive environment.

Earlier, as principal partner and COO of a boutique content agency, he architected the operating model and contributed to an 89% profit increase in the first year. As a multi-unit franchise owner and regional operations manager for a healthcare franchise, he launched and ran three South Florida locations, among the three fastest growing in the national system. As a cyber security analyst he designed and deployed SIEM environments across Azure, AWS and VMware, and wrote risk assessments and use cases under the NIST Cybersecurity Framework and MITRE ATT&CK.

He holds a Florida 2-15 insurance licence covering life, health and variable annuities, and completed the McKinsey.org Forward Program. He is the founder of STATUS and is based in Tampa, Florida.
